New Copiers Taking a While to Get Delivered?

If you recently bought a copier from Canon, Konica Minolta, Kyocera or Ricoh, you have probably seen slow delivery times.  Some dealers did have a good safety stock, but must order custom configurations.  We have seen some customers have to wait 90 days or more to get a new copier from their Los Angeles copier dealer!

If you are wondering why the big lag, you can blame it on the Japanese Tsunami.  This storm messed up plants where many of the manufacturers are based out of.  The tsunami makes it harder to have all the necessary parts to complete copier orders.

The more people order, the more on back order the copiers get.  We’d just encourage you to order your new copier about 45 days before you normally would to have the best chance of not having down time.
